About Gene Cook Supports, LLC
Gene Cook Supports, LLC is a locally owned and operated provider of waiver-funded home and community-based services in Allegheny, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties. We provide direct, face-to-face services in both the home and community in order to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our goal is to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families, the services and support they need. We provide opportunities to make real life choices about living and working, as well as options for social activities. This enables individuals to become a part of the community in which they live.
Our Executive and Administrative Staff possess over 200 years of combined work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Through our program, individuals learn, maintain, and improve skills via participation in a variety of everyday life activities. Gene Cook Supports utilizes skilled staff, creative thinking, and community resources to assist individuals with learning the skills necessary to live in their own community in a productive and independent manner. We take pride helping others work towards their own goals and aspirations.
