We aim to help individuals achieve fulfillment in their everyday lives.  Our staff assists individuals and their team with collaboration, development, and implementation of person-centered outcomes, then works with them to achieve the outcomes proposed within their individual support plan.

Gene Cook Supports, LLC believes in utilizing resources and accommodations already available in the community or nearby counties.  “Care” means that every individual, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, or disability should have the opportunity to experience their community frequently, and without burden.
